We have been back in Omaha for six months now and I am just getting back to SparkPeople. I have been going to the gym on a regular basis and eating fairly well, esp. since my daughter, the dietician, has been doing the cooking. But I have not lost any weight in a long time. I know the problem is giving in to snacks I don't need and not tracking calories. SO today I am resetting my tracker, and starting again to log my food intake. I am on vacation starting today. We are not going anywhere, DH is working a contract job so he does not have any benefits, no paid time off so we can't afford a real vacation, no trips or anything like that. So in addition to working on some projects like getting my kitchen reorganized I am having my own personal Biggest Loser Week. My goal is to burn at least 500 calories a day in arobic exercise and stick to no more than 1500 cal. Maybe a week of tracking closely will get the scale going down again.
