At work - 1 mile walk
10 minute strength exercises

Home - Curves
30 minute walk
30 minute dance



Tuesdays & Thursdays

A.M. - 30 minute walk

At work - 1 mile walk
10 minute strength exercises



Wednesdays:

A.M. - 30 minute walk

At work - 1 mile walk
10 minute strength exercises

Home - 30 minute walk
30 minute dance

Saturdays:

Curves
30 minute walk
30 minute dance



Sundays:

OFF

    You are AMAZING! I am so proud of you! That's a lot of activity....make sure you have time before you truly commit...you are so busy with school! But I know you can do this doll! And tomorrow you will be getting an early phone call from me! Walk that booty off! We are doing this and we are going to ROCK!
