Wow i can't believe its been almost 3 years since my last blog. Amazing how time keeps ticking away! I'm proud to say i'm under 200 LBS. finally!!!!!!!!!! woohoo. These last 2 months have been life altering for the good.
NOOOO DIETS for me!!!!!!!! I'm eating what I love only tiny portions of it and not all the time. it's working for me.
I believe Excersising is the KEY! i've been walking everyday for the past 5 weeks and i'm watching my body change! It's really encouraging to see the change.
I still enjoy a cheeseburger (homemade) now and then I just make my patties small and eat 1 slice of bread. Stack it high with tomato lettuce pickle and avocado..........yummy........
.i will skip the bread if i wan a few baked french fries.
Twix candy..........i celebrate by having one once a month. and i savor every bite but so worth the wait. I do have a piece of dark chocolate every night after dinner then my walk.
i'm now going to start incorporating weights.........i just cant believe how much better i feel.....yes!!!
