turkeyday: the end of the line

This weekend was FANTASTIC. I started off with seeing one of my closest friends, then proceeded to Toronto the next day for shopping and clubbing downtown, then finished off the holiday with a tremendous thanksgiving dinner.
Unfortunately, this weekend turned into quite the holiday for me. I completely neglected my plans for good behaviour and am ashamed to reveal my mcdonalds visit alongside copious consumption of alcohol and unhealthy snacks. Not to mention aside from shopping and dancing at the Tattoo Rock Parlour in Toronto, I barely exorcised. I sat on my butt at home and watched movies.
Now, back in Peterborough, life has given me an abrupt reality check. Tomorrow, I get back on track.
I'll be strapping on my new pair of reebok easytones and heading out into the daylight after class up murdermountain, and heading back to the gym for more cardio.
Although it's difficult for me to remain positive after this weekends royal muck up, I'm going to have to let it go and keep taking it one day at a time.
I've been reading some incredibly inspirational blogs and I'm making a promise to myself to try harder and tackle tomorrow without regrets.
