10k in December!

So I am signing up for a 10 k Reindeer run this December to try and get my motivation kicking again. Here's what I'm doing for my training schedule.

Wk1 Run 20-25 min - Yoga - Run 20-25 min - Yoga - 3 miles - off - Cross train
Wk2 Run 25-30 min - Yoga - Run 25-30 min - Yoga - 4 miles - off - Cross Train
Wk3 Run 25-30 min - Yoga - Run 25-30 min - Yoga - 4 miles - off - Cross Train
Wk4 Run 30-35 min - Yoga - Run 30-35 min - Yoga - 5 miles - off - Cross Train
Wk5 Run 30-35 min - Yoga - Run 30-35 min - Yoga - 5 miles - off - Cross Train
Wk6 Run 45-60 min - Yoga - Run 45-60 min - Yoga - 7 miles - off - Cross Train
Wk7 Run 30-60 min - Yoga - Run 30-60 min - Yoga - 3 miles - off - Cross Train
Wk8 Run 30-45 min - Yoga - Run 30-45 min - Yoga - 2 miles - off - Race day!
