    You are absolutely right, mama. There are several factors to determine that the body is changing, which is why I don't use the scale often. It has a tendency to shift the motivation level and deter people from continuing, solely because of the numbers. I'll say, if we know that we are making wiser choices with our foods and exercises, then everything else will fall in place.

    Yes the scale consist of alot of situations. Was it the same time of the day? When did you drink water or eat. So yes it can be a liar. Measurements and the way your clothes feel is more accurate and less stressful.

    Hell yeah the scale lies...cause I busted my AAAAASSSS this past week for ONE pound...but everyone at work was telling me that they can already see it!!! That's my proof! I like to see the number on the scale to keep me in line and make sure I don't step out! But I definately won't use that as the basis to my weight loss anymore!
