getting back into the swing of things

I'm focusing on getting back to exercising and when it's going better then I'm going to turn my focus to my nutrition. As it is, I'm still skipping meals and not tracking, and I don't know when I'm going to make a real effort to fix that. I'm eating well when I eat, I just drink coffee and forget about food until the late afternoon. Heh.

But I'm trying not to stress about things and I'm getting back into the routine of doing yoga every day. I did 20 minutes of Rodney Yee Total Body Power Yoga today. It felt good, even though this is the stretchiest yoga DVD I've ever done.

I'm going to try to update more often than I have been. Thank you all for being here for me!

    I am struggling to get back into a good routine after a bit of a physical issue. Limit your coffee to once or twice a day and replace the other times with water. One step at a time dear friend. You will get back into the swing of things soon. emoticon

    It's hard to get back into the swing of things, I know that from experience. I'm trying to go to the Y six days a week and have committed to doing one of Coach Nicole's 10 minute videos on the days I'm not able to make it. I feel like this is reasonable and I'm going to see how it goes.
