I'm focusing on getting back to exercising and when it's going better then I'm going to turn my focus to my nutrition. As it is, I'm still skipping meals and not tracking, and I don't know when I'm going to make a real effort to fix that. I'm eating well when I eat, I just drink coffee and forget about food until the late afternoon. Heh.
But I'm trying not to stress about things and I'm getting back into the routine of doing yoga every day. I did 20 minutes of Rodney Yee Total Body Power Yoga today. It felt good, even though this is the stretchiest yoga DVD I've ever done.
I'm going to try to update more often than I have been. Thank you all for being here for me!
