First and foremost I have to thank all my Spark Friends
that have offered a kind word in regards to my needing motivation. I should have posted a blog earlier because that was just the P.U.S.H. (Pray Until Something Happens).
That definitely worked!! I have been working out at least 2-3 days a week. My eating could be better but at least everything is coming together as I needed them to
. I have seen small changes on the scale
in a short period of time. From 180lbs on friday to 177lbs as of this morning!!
