I have my credit card back in my possession. Whew.
I gave myself a To Do list last night and finished it. I now have one fully loaded iPod shuffle (that I've owned for years but never used) to take with me running. I am not usually a proponent of listening to music while working out outdoors (for safety reasons), but I figure in the cemetary I should be okay. I thought about trying a different route, but the roads are so narrow here with no shoulders that I'm nervous to run on them. I enjoy the safety of the cemetary, the other cemetary and the road connecting the two. The road is a dead end orphaned road from when the interstate was put in, so there's very little traffic on it.
I took a rest from swimming last night. I was exhausted. My body ached. I felt like I had hit a wall and pushing myself any harder may have had unfavorable results.
I plan on a 2.5 to 3 mile run today and a 10 to 15 mile bike tonight. The days have been just beautiful here and I want to take advantage of as many of them as I can. I know there aren't very many left this year.
