Today is my first blog! :) I've been on SparkPeople for two weeks and lost two lbs. Last Week I thought I did fabulously but stayed the same weight. After a weekend of feeling badly about myself and eating poorly, I've decided to get back on the horse!
Here are my goals for this week:
1. Stay within my calorie goals
2. Drink 8 cups of water a day
3. Do Cardio 3-5 times this week
4. Start the boot camp challenge
