I also hope that my USA friends are having a safe and happy holiday weekend.
I decided that perhaps I should do a quick update and share what I am thankful for this year.
Currently I am maintaining my weight between 112 and 115 lbs so I am happy about that but it did startle me last week when the scale dipped down to 112 lbs as I was not trying to lose anymore. Maintaining is a fine balancing act that I am still learning.
I have added another fitness game to my regime and now am trying to learn the Gold's Gym Dance Workout routines. This game is much more difficult than I thought it would be but it is fun even if I do mess it up, A LOT..LOL.
On to what I am thankful for:
~Two healthy children.
~A husband who loves me for who I am and not what he can change me into.
~Improved health and stamina.
~Better balance both physically and emotionally.
~Having a job (I may not love it but it pays the bills).
~Being very close to paying off a couple of major bills so that the hubster can give up his second job (it's been nearly 10 years that he has worked 2 jobs).
~An extended family who loves me even if we do bicker over stupid stuff occasionally.
~The beauty that surrounds me on a daily basis (look out your windows and see how beautiful nature is).
~The ability to do my crafts.
I am sure there is much more I could add to this but this is what I came up with just on the spur of the moment. Remember to be thankful for the small things as well as the large.
