Week In Review

This past week was not very good for me. I didn't feel well so I over ate almost everyday. i was able to stay motivated enough to exercise so I didn't gain any weight but I didn't lose any either. I am making good food choices just eating too much. This next week will be better, I hope.

    Good for you in not gaining weigh even when you weren't feeling well! One step at a time will slowly knock off the pounds!! emoticon
