I'm still alive!

I just haven't been blogging.

I haven't been really tracking everything I eat, but I have been eating okay. Actually, better than okay. When I eat, that is.

I've lost a pound without really trying, but I know I have to get back on track with eating healthy all the time and exercising.

Today I did some yoga and tomorrow I will do a little more.

I think in the past couple of months I was doing too much and then suddenly I just wasn't feeling it at all. I think I pushed myself too hard and tried to do too much too soon. I'm getting back on track slowly, adding one thing at a time.

So anyway, that's what's going on. I should update more often for the accountability factor. I will try to do that. :)

    Oh i know that feeling! we are all gung-ho and kicking butt, making major changes and then BAM it gets really hard! So glad to hear you are still doing well! keep it up!
