I Vow

Tonight I Vow that I will no longer procrastinate.
Tonight I vow that I want to be better in so many ways and it is time I stop complaining about myself to myself and do something about it.
I am tired of not being happy with myself but being lazy when it comes to doing anything about it. I was doing very well for a while.
Time to start doing well again.
Tomorrow is Monday. Tomorrow I do for me. Tomorrow I go to the park for lunch and run for 25 minutes.
Tuesday I make myself sit down and read 25 pages in the book about writing.
Wednesday I go to my running group and then go to a meeting.
I think that is a good start.
