I have cut salt out of my diet so drastically that I think I have gotten ultra-sensitive to it. Since I eat very little processed food, the salt I add in cooking is about the only salt in my food. This week I satisfied a craving in a lower calorie, lower fat, just better way on my own, however, it did involve some food that is, by its nature, a little on the salty side. I have been tasting salt for three days and I have been retaining water! Incredible. It's all gone, I am happy and the taste of salt in my mouth is subsiding....oh, and I am peeing again!
