Just 2.5 lbs away from my first goal set earlier this summer and I feel that it's really achievable. I set a goal of 165 by October 15 and I really think I will get there.
My parents are coming in for a visit and haven't seen me since July (except through Skype) so I am really hoping they will be surprised at how good I look.
Yesterday I cleaned out my closet for clothes that no longer fit - by a lot - clothes that are too big - by a lot!!! That was such a big moment for me. To look at the clothes that I have worn for years, some that I hadn't been able to wear b/c they were too small are now too big, This was really huge for me and a big boost to push through the last week of Phase 2 and to continue to set a new achievable goal.
I also started running a little this weekend...yes, running! Me!! I've never been a big runner with pretty bad shin splints, but I was able to do about 100 yards multiple times during my walk. Hopefully this will push my ketosis level and get a bigger loss this week....
