Recovery day

I did exactly what I thought I was going to do yesterday. No need to recap. :)

I think I may take a pass on running my long run today. I have serious heartburn from the mexican food from yesterday. Even after my prilosec, I'm still suffering.

I will do some form of exercise. Maybe a shorter jog or a long walk. I haven't decided.

I'm back on track today. I've finished my meal planning for next week. I love having my plans a week in advance. It makes planning for the grocery store so much easier. I just have to remember what I have at the different houses so I don't duplicate. Right now I have a surplus of sour cream because I had a senior moment. :)

I was hoping my girl friend Chris would be interested in working out, but I haven't received a text back yet.
