My Goals: My Next goal is to reach 154lbs

...and finally escape the overweight BMI range. ideally I would like to do this by May 8th when I go Holiday. Although its 7.75 lbs and only 4 weeks away. My final goal weight has always been 140lbs i will love to be at my goal in time for July and the summer sun! Although I think more realistically it will be after the summer !

So I wrote this a very long time ago, in April. Guess what I'm further away from this goal now than I was then. 20lbs away to be exact. I obviously knew I hadn't made it to my goal but hadnt realised how far away I was beginning to drift.

Ok so thats enough motivation to get back on track.

20 lbs and 10 weeks till christmas, so my new short term goal is 154 by xmas ..wish me luck !

my rough calculation is that 3500 calories is 1 lbs so to loose 20 lbs i need to burn 70,000 calories. If spinning classes burn about 500 cals per hour I need to do 140 classes, haha ok so maybe I better cut a few calories too or my bum will hae the imprint of a cycle saddle on it.
