Weight Watchers Again!

Today I decided to track what I am eating using weight watchers once again! I have done weight watchers many times and it always works and is easy to track the points. I am doing this to be sure I can maintain this recent 24 pound weight loss and also continue losing weight during the fast approaching Holidays! I just have to keep this weight off this time, so I think this will help me to really focus and not slip like I have done so many times once the Holidays are here. It has been hard work to get to this point and I just have to maintain it! I am enjoying making new recipes this week! Sidedishes of Eggplant and last night spaghetti squash! Tonight I am making butternut squash! It is fun trying new recipes and filling up on vegtables! emoticon

    Sounds like you are eating some good healthy veggies. Way to get back to what works for you. emoticon I'm working on that myself. I've allowed to many sugars and carbs back in that I'm slowly weaning off of.

    I've thought about doing Weight Watchers online...just haven't taken that step yet! Good for you for planning for the holidays and how to maintain during that crazy time of year!!

    Tracking is a good thing. I just can't bring myself to do it! I know that WW works, even though I've never been on it.

    WW is great! I find that the SP system works very well for balancing our diets so we don't eat too many carbs and more protein to burn fat. emoticon

    you've done great. Just keep track of what you are eating and you should keep it off. I am dreading the holiday with all the baking and goodies around the house. Even if I hide them they get eaten. Maybe if I hide them in the garage in tins they won't talk so much. Good luck. You can do it.
