Today I decided to track what I am eating using weight watchers once again! I have done weight watchers many times and it always works and is easy to track the points. I am doing this to be sure I can maintain this recent 24 pound weight loss and also continue losing weight during the fast approaching Holidays! I just have to keep this weight off this time, so I think this will help me to really focus and not slip like I have done so many times once the Holidays are here. It has been hard work to get to this point and I just have to maintain it! I am enjoying making new recipes this week! Sidedishes of Eggplant and last night spaghetti squash! Tonight I am making butternut squash! It is fun trying new recipes and filling up on vegtables!
