I am a creature of habit. I have learned to accept that.
Now that I am back at work, I am back to my routine. I like routine. Variations in my routine mess with my whole system. I guess I need to adapt, overcome and survive, but for right now, I need structure and discipline.
I am looking forward to my run at lunch. I think I will start where I left off with couch to 5k. Week 5, day 3. I think its run 2 miles.
I am also looking forward to my swim tonight. I am so happy I can swim at Camp Dawson. The pool looks really nice. AND the husby said he'd go with. I am excited that he wants to go. I hope he gets into it.
