So for the past couple weeks I have let my team down and not been as active in challenges and for the past two days I haven't even posted. Well I want to say I am sorry.
While it was my intention to keep up a good diet and do the challenges I am having a hard time hanging in there right now I am going to clinical three days a week and working so basically I have left clincal and gone to work-i don't get home until after 11:30 and I am just tired and have to get back up at five....So this wednesday and this thursday my diet has consisted of fast food and whatever they have at work and it sucks. I am so mad at myself....luckily today clinical was cancelled and I am making a promise to myself and my team to finish this BLC challenge and get back up and eat right again, Make better choices when I am eating on the go and to attempt to maintain my sanity until I can slow down and get back to a real work out :)
