since working out at the gym, I have had the best sleep that I have had in YEARS!!! OMG! No more am I sitting up watching tv all night until I am exhausted...that's what DVR's are for! It's 10:30 and I am ready to turn in. That may seem late to some of you, but from someone that would normally be up until 12 or 1 am, this is early. I can barely keep my eyes open. So for that...I say GOODNIGHT!

    I'm dragging this morning...have been the last few mornings. Gotta find a way to wake up besides the coffee they make in the teachers lounge! HA! I'm eating cafeteria breakfast...but it's good, I skipped the pancakes and sausage and had the toast, eggs, and low fat milk instead! Oh and a banana! So I'm doing good. Once these kids get here in about T minus 20 minutes, I am sure I will be WIDE awake!

  So many positive effects that we are noticing from doing the right thing, from feeling mentally and physically better, to having the best sleep. That's wassup! Glad you rested well, mama...and for real, I wish my sleep last night was as good as yours. I din't sleep til bout 1:45am cause after my workout, I had homework assignments kicking me in the azz, then had to get up at 5:30. I AM EXHAUSTED right now...eyes feel like flames! Body is MAD tired...all of which goes to show that SLEEP IS VERY ESSENTIAL, people! GET SOME!

Way to go, Meek!
