struggling & bored

Not really sure what is going on. It's been months since I've really paid attention to sparkpeople. I've probably been on like 5 times in the past 4 months. I am overwhelmed with trying to even get interested in cooking at home again. I did really well for the first 3 or 4 months after my surgery, but lately I've rally slacked off.

I know part of it is the fact that my kitchen has gotten cluttered and I don't have the energy to clean it up.

I'm not sure I even care anymore. Well I do or I wouldn't be writing this, but don't know where to start.

I like the teams I'm on, but I'm not really a chatty person so have a hard time becoming engaged in them. Being outgoing is a challenge for me. I'm an Office Specialist so I'm on my computer all day long, and don't want to get on at night except to play games.

Food tracking has been hard as well. I've got so many gadgets (apps) on my Iphone to keep track that it's almost funny. Some work for some things, and some work for others. I even have the SparkPeople app, but it won't work when I don't have access to the internet. I hate using my 3G connection because it is sporadic.

Oh well, I need to get off, my lunch time is over and I need to stop this pity party.

Tracking for me is my number one priority.

I have gotten back to my computer games - but only after I finish tracking.

Tackle one problem at a time. If your kitchen is cluttered pick a spot and clean so much every night. I understand lack of motivation, not being chatty. I am the same way. Remember you can do this just take it one step at a time. All the little steps will lead to getting you where you need to be. Good Luck!
