I was full of energy this morning but now my butt is dragging. I had a piece of low-fat cheese and diced pears for a snack about 30 minutes ago so it's not hunger. Not sure what the problem is - just that I'm exhausted.
I had big plans to increase my cardio minutes at the gym tonight. Now I will be lucky if I can make it from my desk out to the parking lot. Regardless, I am committing to you guys to go to the gym and walk at least 30 minutes on the treadmill. If I'm too tired afterward then I will go home instead of hitting the elliptical for 30 additional minutes like I had planned.
Wonder if I can prop a pillow on the treadmill display and rest my head while I walk???
