    i was so annoyed with those 2 biggest loser women, too--I kept thinking about how the people felt who didn't make it, too, and how much more annoyed it would be for THEM watching!
I'm sorry to hear about the problems with your stepkids and the incompetent mother and grandmother--ugh-and I wish you best of luck with that.

    You can get on your soapbox anytime! I so agree.

Biggest Loser: Yes, the ones who want to leave....annoys me. I was watching Top Chef Desserts and two of those contestants want to leave. One did leave by choice. What's up with this trend of giving up?

And I so agree about being accountable for your actions. I weigh daily, because I like to and it keeps me current on what I"m doing. I go up on the scale and I can pinpoint why and take steps to fix it. I read a lot of blogs where people talk about working out, then say they didn't eat right, then complain (whine) about not losing, or even gaining. I read people who've been here and are trying other weight loss systems (paid or not), and I'm thinking they should just try the nutrition tracker. When I follow it and get my exercise in, I lose. When I don't track I sometimes go over my food limit, but often I don't get enough (which surprised me when I started tracking food).

We all need to face the facts, stop making excuses, and just do it. And when we slip, get up and keep moving.
