A couple of month's ago back in May of this year I had hurt my lower back badly and I haven't been able to exercise until now. I gave up on my diet I got discouraged and said "The Hell With It". 3 days ago I had a break through. I decided once again to get my diet back on track. My clothes were getting tighter and I wasn't happy about that. I'm just going to take my time make sure I get my eating habit's in order, then start exercising again. Set back's don't have to mean doom and gloom. They can be good things. Learning how to come back when falling down teaches you a lot of thing's about yourself. Knowing exactly what your goal's are may not mean an easy road. You may sway from the path. Having a reachable goal and knowing what your going to go through to get there is a great adventure for yourself.
