210!!!! This was my 1st goal and although my goal was to be at 210 by the end of September, I'm so happy to be here and look forward to reaching my next goal of 200. :) I usually weigh in on Wednesdays but couldn't do so because of work so I had to weigh myself today. I drank my water, ate all my calories, exercised twice, and kept my goal of 1lb a week in mind. This way of losing weight has really made an impact on me. I'm learning how much to eat, and what to eat. I'm finding what I can eat while out with my family. I feel I'm being a good example cuz my kids see me exercise and eat healthy. Sure there are days or meals when I cheat but i'm finding a balance. This has been an overall good experience.

Current - 210 (first goal)
Next goal - 199 by November 16.
