I couldn't relate to people who said they were so busy they couldn't squeeze exercise into their day......until recently. I did wonder how it could be done, though. I'm extremely busy these days working 10 to 12 hours a day and sometimes on the weekends. Get home, make a decent meal then walk the dogs. AHHHHH..that's where some of my exercise comes into play. At work, I take the stairs...with my laptop bag full with my laptop and papers (it's kind of heavy) and I get up from my desk every few hours to walk around. For the moment, this is my exercise routine...so I can squeeze some time in for exercising even though it's not TaeBo, Coach Nicole or Exercise TV types of exercises.
It does add up!!
