Enjoyed watching your video blog! I haven't seen many video blogs yet I think they are too cool. I probably couldn't figure out how to set it up if I tried! Anyway, I just wanted to say the plank push-ups are hard to do! I mean like the next morning you can really feel that you have done them! Great job on working on your pushups....Keep up the great work! Have a great week! Thanks for sharing! emoticon

I think your headset is awesome....hehehehe.

I am actually just starting an anti depressant...I'm hoping it helps me clear some of my "white noise" and anxiety. I'm also hoping it will help with my perfectionism too, so it was funny you mentioned that :) Glad you rambled!

Fortunately, Marcia, I work from home 80% of the time and I've left the candy on my work desk with a team of development guys who will eat everything in sight! Hahahaha! Even if I wanted it, it won't be there when I get back on Wednesday!

Get rid of the candy on your desk at work! I have to keep things like that away, too much temptation/too weak self-control! emoticon

Ohhhhh can't just stop those anti depressants cold turkey. That messed up several people I know and affected their thinking and feeling and reasoning skills etc. Get back on 'em asap then cut back SLOWLY.

Oh those plank positions are the same as the chattaranga in yoga, then drop and hold just a few inches off the floor, by then my body and arms are shaking like jello and I can barely push into the upward dog. You should try yoga though you may like it.

Hey, and yes, the lipstick stayed on through the dentist..ahaha
