The last time I was here I was 190 well I went to 198 after that... I have lost all of that and am happily at 190 although I have 30ish more to lose. Although I do not look like I weigh 190 I am told but I need to be healthy for me and for when husband and I plan to start our family.
I have been going to the gym and that's been going great. I've met with the trainer and I also have another meeting on Friday to see about the lower body which is my problem. So that is good at least.
I can tell a huge difference in myself. I have more engry, I feel sexy, I an more toned and I can start to run.. the longest I've done is 3 minutes but before I couldn't do anything.
I also went on here and went through my e-mails and deleted all of them and left some of the groups I was in. For the reason of that at times it's over wheleming and that is to much and easier for me to keep track. So I've limited the groups I am in and also will stay better with emails.
My husband has lost about 18 pounds and a full pants size. His XXL shirts are SO big on his that co workers are commenting on it, he loves every bit of it. He's always been a bigger guy and us doing this together makes it a lot easier and a whole lot more fun. That's for sure.
So I'm hoping to keep up with SP now. :)
