I need a plan

I just need to make a fitness plan and stick with it. Even if I'm not running. I got a copy of the Insanity workout, maybe that will keep me on track. I am going to post my week's goals to keep me accountable.

Wednesday - run with hubby
Thursday - short workout after work study (maybe walk home?)
Friday - Insanity workout
Saturday - Insanity workout or long walk
Sunday - run
Monday - long walk or Insanity workout
Tuesday - short workout after work study (maybe walk home)

Lets see if I can do this!

    Hey my neighbor that lives across the hall has that the Insanity program. It sounds like it is alot like the P90 program! emoticon
