MONDAY- a day late

Wednesday, October 06, 2010

I was uploading this Monday night when I completely passed out. Hubby turned off computer before it finished, so I'll just thrown it on today. Because today was a big waste of time for me, DID NO EXERCISE, but hope to tomorrow better and I wake up well rested for a change! Hope all is well for you all!!!

Good for you! Getting up and working out. You're so right, if you had waited you would have been too tired. Plus, morning workouts rev up your metabolism and the benefits last throughout your day.

Yeah, Lundy, I thought the same thing...plus it was the 'free' touch up and he probably didn't want to do anything 'free' in the first place. We'll see. I tend to notice that everyone of every age seems to have pretty serious frown lines in their forehead on tv now....perhaps I over reacted...haha.

Spacelion, the chart by the scales has always motivated me, but I quit doing it because I got real paranoid about people seeing my private stuff kwim? But if I put it in a book, I forget about it , so it has to be out on the wall, in the open, so I'll just have to suck it up. haha

I'll bet your dermatologist will be THRILLED that her partner is trying to dissuade clients from doing more work! LOL

Woo for getting in the workout and for the inches lost emoticon

I love the chart idea, I might have to steal it ;) I love seeing visual progress everywhere, I have stuff stuck on my fridge and in my room. It means there's less places in my house I can use excuses aha.

Love the lyrics, it's somehow easy to forget that we're all human at the end of the day :P

    xx
