Better Late Than Never

I'm a little late on posting my October goals but here they are.

1. Run 100 Miles -- Full marathon training continues.

2. Run 2 Half Marathons -- I would like to PR in one and use the second as a training run. They are on the 16th and the 31st.

3. 2000 Fitness Minutes -- I pledged these minutes to a group on FB.

4. 1 to 2 Pound Weight Loss -- I'd like to get back down to my goal weight. This might be a bit tough with full marathon training in place but I'm going to give it my best shot.

5. Strength Training 2 to 3 Times a Week -- I've been really happy with my ST-ing lately. I'm actually even starting to like doing it.

6. BLC14 Jade Dragons Team Challenges -- Especially the ones that involve toning.

Bring on October! I'm Ready!

And I'm going to have fun!

    I so wish I could have been added to the Jade Dragons. It was the team I requested, but I was denied! Your goals look fabulous. I am sure you are loving this fall weather to run in.

You have some great goals for October. I see no reason why you won't be successful in all of them. You have a beautiful attitude and definitely a motivated person.

    Great goals girl! You will PR, I know it! Are you a half fanatic? If not, after those two you. Would qualify if you haven't qualified already. I will qualify after the Disney half.

    Do you mean run 100 miles for the month, do-able!

Or 100 miles at a time? .. I think the former, but not being a runner I don't know and I used to walk over 100 miles a month... so not sure.. Please fill me in.

Very worthy goals. I enjoy strength training, but I'm sure I'm no where near the level you are. Continue on my friend!

    s, Nice goals - We can reach are goals together! I signed up for two more reaces for October a 15k and a 10k - plus I am ghosting christy on her Marathon - or at least 6-8 miles or so.

life is good - 4 more days and I will be in Victoria. WooHoo!!!!
