I've started my new position, and I'm a little overwhelmed. I LOVE it, but I'm putting in a lot of hours and stressing quite a bit.. and struggling with finding balance again. I already feel myself getting put on the back-burner, and I'm not sure how to remedy that. I feel a lot of pressure to succeed (and excel) in this position... and as a mom.. and there's just not much left after that. I have NO energy to exercise... not even just the more active lifestyle activities I HAD been doing (like riding my bike to work or taking an evening family walk). NO energy. I'm still eating well, but I don't feel like that's enough. Will balance come with time? Is this just an adjustment period? What do I do sparkfriends??!
