I've switched from 30 Day Shred to Turbo Jam for a while. A friend of mine let me borrow her Turbo Jam DVDs. I forgot how much I loved this class at the Y! I still love the 30 Day Shred too -- but that was a library DVD and I had to bring it back yesterday. So until I get my next library DVD (I'm still about #200 on the waiting list for the Zumba DVDs) I'll just stick to my borrowed Turbo Jam. I've got about three of her Turbo DVDs, so I'll try them all out and decide which one(s) I want to buy to keep for myself. I'll probably buy the 30 Day Shred too, but I want to try levels 2 and 3 on that before I decide to spend the money.
Havent weighed myself in a few days and don't really want to right now. Partly because I didn't work out all weekend and I don't want to see another weight increase right now. After I'm back into a regular workout routine then I'll do another weigh-in. Or maybe I'll do another fitness test first. I was planning to do one at the end of September but I never got around to it. It's just been a busy busy month.
