I haven't posted for awhile....Dad had a major health crisis and my life was consumed with caring for him. Now he is doing better and I can focus on living again. Just started Muay Thai strength and conditioning and LOVE IT! It is such a fantastic workout. It kicks my butt, but you know you have done your body good afterwards.

My son is taking Muay Thai class and I am doing the strength/conditioning portion of the training
with him. The trainer is fantastic and makes sure that we do what our bodies are capable of. He pushes me but not to the point of dying.....close, but not quite. :)

There is something I've always loved about kickboxing...now I'm wondering if all the cardio will help my running. I haven't run for 3 weeks. Guess I'll hop on the treadmill now and see what I can do!!
