I have been walking at least 6 times per week for at least 30 minutes per day for many months now. Ian and I have worked up to 2.5 miles at an average pace of 20-22 minutes per mile. I can feel myself getting more stamina, more strength and better general better health. I feel good about what we are doing.
In order to make sure that this gets done, we wake up at 5:30 in the morning every week day and some weekend days also.
I feel great!
