Still walking!

I have been walking at least 6 times per week for at least 30 minutes per day for many months now. Ian and I have worked up to 2.5 miles at an average pace of 20-22 minutes per mile. I can feel myself getting more stamina, more strength and better general better health. I feel good about what we are doing.

In order to make sure that this gets done, we wake up at 5:30 in the morning every week day and some weekend days also.

I feel great!

    I started walking yesterday. I decided to ditch my comfy parking at work and park instead at a friend's house and walk 45 to and from work 5 days a week. I can feel the pressure already so I know what you are doing. Best of luck and keep on walking.
