26 Week plan (week 23 update)

Week 23 saw me getting my thoughts organized and staying on track with my exercise and nutrition. With all that has happened over the past 2 weeks and the anniversary of toughest day on me in the past 4 years falling tomorrow, my mindset is pretty good and I am looking forward to the challenge of my workout this morning.

I had a great time on Sunday with fellow sparker "Ballpeen" at the Bengals vs. Browns game here in Cleveland. We didn't only discuss football this past Sunday, we discussed exercise, nutrition and how good we truly feel.

I want to share with all of my spark friends that another thing that has remained with me in the face of adversity is the good feeling I have and I really haven't lost my happiness. The happiness has been tempered somewhat with loss, but overall I am upbeat and feeling pretty good.
