Yesterday was a much better day. I am on my way back to doing what I should, just gotta keep it up for 21 days right?! That's what makes a habit, hopefully that will help kick my weekend binge habit.
I got 11 glasses of water yesterday, not quite 12, but more than the usual 10. I stayed right under 1400 calories (about 1380). My exercise got messed up, homework took forever again, DS and I had a bit of a meltdown with each other, so we didn't finish until after 4pm, then I had to get my avon orders put together (except stupid me walked off and left them at home! ARGH ARGH ARGH!). So I didn't even start dinner until almost 5pm and I wanted to leave to go to the Y at 5:15...ummm yeah that didn't happen! I didn't even make it there for the class at 6pm. There were a million cars on the road that aren't normally there, maybe it is one of those cases where if you leave just 5 mins later it is completely backed up. But we didn't even get to the Y until about 5 after, then it took forever to check in because they have some new great SLOW system! lol And of course when I am getting there everyone is done with their classes so they are all trying to check out their kid and it is taking forever again, so by the time I got checked in it was a little more than 10 after, not worth it with BodyPump because you have to get a step bench, a mat, and your weights. I would have been lucky if I would have gotten it all together by 20 after. So I decided to do the elliptical for 20 mins, that was all my knee would take. And then I did the rowing machine for 13 mins (that is how long it takes me to row 2000m---guess they probably wouldn't want me on the USA rowing team do you?! lol) Anyway, like I said I got my avon done, but with the forever long homework we are doing I am lucky if I can get two chores done each day. I can usually do one, but that is about it. It is really frustrating.
I am hoping and praying today is a better day for me, DS, and his homework. And a good day of getting chores done! lol
1. Drink 12 glasses of water
2. Stay under 1400 calories
3. Go to BodyCombat class at 4pm
4. Household chores: Fold load of laundry and go through mail (again--eventually I will do it if I keep putting it on here right?!)
Keep on keeping on folks! Eventually we will figure this whole thing out (including life!)
