    Alexis ~ you are so freaking cute! I LOVED watching your blog. your so beautiful!! You are doing amazing at running. 4.7 miles in an hour is something to be very proud of! that is only .3 miles away from an 8K race, did you know that?? And 8 miles is more then a 10K. Sign up for a race, you'll be so proud of yourself for finishing. You are amazing! And don't focus on that number, you will get there in time. Focus on what your accomplishing!!!! BTW - how did the date go?

  I love the idea of a video blog, I am not much of my writer myself. I loved your blog, laughed about your running. I am new to running so I am only up to 8.5 minutes(note minutes not miles). Good for you that you just get out and do it. Have you considered a running coach or team. Take care of yourself! emoticon

    Keep your eyes on the journey, not the scale. The scale will get you down. You are doing so well - especially on your running. Keep up the pace. The scale will respond.

Thanks for posting on my SparkPage by the way. I am doing ok, but my body was totally confused after the summer gain. I am sure I will be back to losing my 3 pounds a month starting this week.

Looking forward to you being in ONEDERLAND. I should be but I messed up big time over the summer. Well I am in forward mode again, but it kind of puts a kink in my social life. It seems you can't do anything social whereas food isn't involved.
So I stay home and fix my own meals alot and go to the pool a lot for exercise.
