Well, I had a hard time getting out of bed and moving around this morning. So much so that I decided to listen to my body and not do any TF workouts. Instead, I took another hot bath which seemed to help and then I stretched and tried to get my back back into its normal place....didn't quite get it so will try that daily.

I won't do a TF blog until I get back on track. And hopefully, that won't be too long!

    Thankx, Ladies...but it's NOT significantly better. I've considered going to the chiro, but haven't becos the last time I went, my shoulder/arm felt worse than when I went in and I'm too scared to go. He's really a good chiro and I really like what he does/did before that incident.

    I have been stretching after a hot hot soak in the tub and that has helped, but not over it yet. I think I'm going to get offline, take a pill (altho I hate taking meds) and go to bed.

    Hang in there! When I ache, I try to go through the motions slowly to more like a stretch so that I can at least do something. I think it helps to get my body back to normal.
