Another quick update...

Well, I seemed to have recovered from my 3-day fall (see “When an unexpected meal falls off the wagon”). It took almost 2 weeks, but I finally lost the weight I had gained and a bit more. So, I’m happy.
Though, now I am wary of saying I’m in “onederland”. I’m still really close to 200, that another slip-up could put me over again. So, I think I’ll wait a bit before shouting it from the rooftops again.
Apart from my weight loss, nothing else has really changed. I’m still tracking my nutrition 6/7 days (with one day off). I’m still walking every day, rain or shine (and I’m up to over 3 miles a day on most days). I’m sleeping OK, but not always getting up early (I usually go to bed between 9 and 11pm). And I’m still trying to tackle the other goals I had set for myself (with not much luck).
