    You go, girlfriend! I am so excited to start doing vlogs. They got me on track when i was on Youtube, but its so lame. I am going to start vlogging on here because the whole community is about weight loss. I am sorry to hear about your loss in your family. i have trouble staying on track when i have stress in my life. Emotional eating is terrible. I am glad that you went running. That helps. You take care of yourself and i hope to see your vlogs again soon. :)
