I've done it before. I get back on SP for two weeks, lose a couple pounds, then go right back to my unhealthy habits. I always said I was ready for a change and I do not think I was. I was filled with so much fear of letting food take control of me, ending up starving myself again, ending up in the hospital again.
This time I have realistic goals and a much healthier attitude. I also just moved in with my boyfriend and he is so supportive. So this time I really mean it! I am ready to be consistent!
I am finally ready to be happy with myself and this journey!
