The Challenge: 5 Goals

So, in one of my SparkTeams, this week's challenge is to create a blog post with five goals for October. This is mine.
Track my food intake on weekends.
I'm horrible about this. I tend to get on SparkPeople at work, and so I don't track my weekends very well. I even have a phone app, but does it help? Not really.
Create a snack plan.
I am actually not good at snacking. Not because I make bad choices, but because I don't tend to snack. This either makes me cranky, makes me eat more at mealtimes, or has me not hitting my nutrition goals. All of these are bad. Add to that the fact that Ari will eat my snacks if I don't, causing her to eat more than she should, and it's bad news all the way around.
Make good food choices on vacation.
Ari and I are planning a 5-day vacation that will involve eating out and extravagant cooking in. It's also going to involve a whole lot of walking around. My goal is to try and make the better choices, and listen to my body and not over eat just because I bought something.
Don't let anything on my to-do list get over one day behind.
I am a procrastinator. I have a wifty new iPhone to-do list app (called EpicWin) that is a video game for list makers. Seriously. So my plan is to keep from letting anything get more than one day overdue.
Drink three water bottles (that's 7.5 glasses of water) worth of water every day, even on the weekends.
Do you see a trend with weekends? 'nuff said.
