YAYYYY!!! Fantastic job! But why don't you just throw out the rest of the pack? You are strong enough to let them go!!

Great blog! You sound like me when it comes to goals. I'm totally there with you about the exercise! I thought I hated it but know I miss my daily walks!I find I walk a bit further and when I look back to what I used to consider a "walk" it is rather shameful!

I've lost 11 pounds but it has taken me a month. My goal is to lose 50 pounds by next August!

By the way, you don't look 29! And your video blog wasn't strange at all! I've added you as a friend....maybe we can support one another!

I am so proud of you....10 lbs in 2 weeks...and you are going to quit smoking!!! I know you can 80 yr old mom quit smoking last year (cold turkey) after smoking 2 packs a day since she was a teen. You have many wonderful...healthy goals that will make you live longer and feel better. Keep up your fantastic work!! Take care. emoticon

Congrats! I never set goals before, either. I had the same experience with exercise. I dreaded starting, then I don't even think about it that I really want to go almost every time now.
