Great blog! You sound like me when it comes to goals. I'm totally there with you about the exercise! I thought I hated it but know I miss my daily walks!I find I walk a bit further and when I look back to what I used to consider a "walk" it is rather shameful!
I've lost 11 pounds but it has taken me a month. My goal is to lose 50 pounds by next August!

I am so proud of you....10 lbs in 2 weeks...and you are going to quit smoking!!! I know you can quit..my 80 yr old mom quit smoking last year (cold turkey) after smoking 2 packs a day since she was a teen.
