Went over my Fitness Minutes objective for the Year today!

Monday, October 04, 2010

Closeup of "Cambouis" who likes to sleep in the middle of my mat when I want to do crunches.

I had set a 15 000 fitness minutes for the year objective back in January, thinking that would be more than reasonable. I'm happy to report I went over it today and now the race is on to see how many Fitness Minutes I can rack up before the end of the year.

I do a lot of walking for cardio, so that helps, but now, the gym is helping even more.

This is one of those non- weight loss related objectives that makes me feel good about the whole process. I do wish the weight loss objectives came easier though.

Congratulations on meeting your fitness minutes goal so much earlier than you planned. The rest of the year you'll be able to exercise knowing you have met your goal for the year.I hope that it works in a positive mindset for you and you will rechallenge with a smaller goal for the rest of the year.Don't let success go to your head LOL!!!! I also have passed my total fitness minutes. But,I did'nt start at SP until the end of August,so for this year I wont count it as a goal met.But for sure when the new year comes I know what I can do much better now that I have the habit formed and those 360 minutes a week will do me great. emoticon

Good for you! I didn't set a goal for fitness minutes in January when I started but I think I will this time. Great job, even if the weight isn't coming off as you wish I will bet you feel better then you did so it is still a great accomplishment. emoticon emoticon
