In the past when I've gone to the gym on a regular basis, I've been able to do a good workout and spend an hour on the elliptical. That's not the case now. However, today I've been encouraged because I'm down 10lbs this week and because I talked to the personal trainer at the gym and told her that I felt like walking in the lazy river wasn't cardio. She assured me that it is cardio and that I need to keep it up because it's so much gentler on my joints. So, I got in a full work out--same as I've been doing, but today seemed harder....? Oh well. I'll try to get back tonight to do the river walking.

    Way to go on the weight loss! Walking in the river counts. You're moving, aren't you? Keep it up.
