Well now I have gone and done it. I suck! lol This weekend was a complete free for all. The only thing I didn't do was go to an all you can eat buffet, but I might as well have with all the junk food I ate. And because of that, my weight is back up to where I was the first of this year. UGH UGH UGH. The only good thing that came out of it was DH was just as bad and so we made a "pact" that we are going to start being good on the weekends. No more crazy eating "because we have all week to get it off". I am going to start tracking everything and planning ahead. We have to do this 7 days a week not just 4. The weekends are killing us. This next weekend we have two meals (one on Friday and one on Saturday) that will be "bad" but we are going to make sure the rest of the day is excellent and that at least on Friday we watch our portions at the party so we get over this justification that we go through each weekend. We have to stop now. Otherwise I am going to continue to see the same 5 pounds for the next 100 years! lol
1. Drink 12 glasses of water to flush out the sodium
2. Stay under 1400 calories
3. Get 30 mins of exercise and go to body pump
4. Household chores: Put together Avon orders and go through mail (yeah still haven't done it)
