Day 6 & 7/Week 10 Turbo Fire

My lower back is still hurting...it got worse yesterday, Day 6 and feels a teeny bit better today, Day 7. I've done stretching both days instead of my Fire classes. (Today is actually Rest Day). Recovery Drink, a hot bath and some meds have helped. I'm *claiming* this pain to go away this week....better tomorrow than later in the week.
